Inaugural All-In For Peace Summit

These awards honor individuals or organizations for their positive impact on peacebuilding.
Nominations are now being accepted for the 2022 All-In For Peace Awards in the following categories:
EXCEPTIONAL WOMAN OF PEACE AWARD
In keeping with the Ollin Women International mission to “create a culture of peace by transforming the way we interact with and see one another,” the Woman of Distinction Award recognizes the unique contribution of an exceptional woman in our community in building that culture of peace with compassion, respect, gratitude, and inclusion.
PEACEBUILDER AWARD
The Ollin Women International Peacebuilder Award honors a woman peacebuilder who has made a significant contribution to the pursuit of peace and security in her community, region, or issue area. The annual award is patterned after that established by the Women Building Peace Council and the United States Institute of Peace.
PROMISE OF PEACE AWARD
The Ollin Women International Promise of Peace Award recognizes an outstanding young woman in our community under the age of 25 who in her schooling and community engagement has served as a role model and inspiration for her peers in compassionate service, academic achievement, and community building that fosters a just and equitable society for all.
FOUNDER’S AWARD
The Ollin Women International Founder’s Award recognizes the achievement of an outstanding woman in creating a business, program, or nonprofit for the advancement and betterment of women and girls in her community or region and/or a woman recognized as a “trailblazer” in her chosen field or profession.
AWARD ANNOUNCEMENTS
The awards will be announced at the Inaugural All-In For Peace Summit at the Appleton Museum in Ocala, FL on September 22, 2022 (10 AM – 3 PM EST) Nominations for these awards will be evaluated based on each nominee’s level of excellence in the area of peace.
